I signed up for a server from 1paket and for 9 months everything seemed to be ok. The hardware was good, the network seemed fine. All until payment was missed for July. They contacted me a week after they normally charge my credit card (8~9 of every month) and told me that they can't charge for the next month. A week after that they pulled my server offline. After noticing this, I tried contacting them to see what the situation was and to inform them that there was a mix up with the new credit card I was expecting. After several (I think more than 7) desperate emails and one message on the answering machine (!!) they have for their contact phone I was ABSOLUTLY IGNORED by them. They wouldn't inform me on the status of my server, on the status of my account, I couldn't even give them a new credit card! So it turns out that I lost my data and my customer's data with no hope of recovery. So my recommendation is to STAY AWAY from 1paket... This episode ruined my good opinion of them and I think that this kind of episode overshadows any good review of them as it shows highly unprofessional behaviour
