I have used avidhosting for three or four years now. Recently they had a server that was not working correctly and is still not working correctly. My web page now points to an avidhosting "Web Utilities" page and shows as H-SPHERE at the top of Internet Explorer. I have requested to have my account closed by way of the online cancellation form (they will not canel by phone or email). I am now attempting to call them because "billing" can not access my cancellation form. I will never use avidhosting again. After three plus days of "on again off again" hosting I have decided to move to another host. They now tell me the problem has been found and will be corrected in 1.5 hours. Too late I have already moved on. Maybe next time you'll fix the problem when it first occurs.
