I quit these scumbags during my first year because everything they do sucked. They wouldn't give me my domain back without a long drawn out fight, charged me for my "free" domian name, charged me a renewal fee after I switched the domain to 1&1, then six months after I quit them they billed my credit card for $93.02 for "services". What services??? No one seems to be willing to explain, nor issue a refund. I called their "live" toll free number and got an answering machine. No call backs. Wrote to the billing dept- got a form letter auto-response. Still no help! I got on the live chat line with one of their reps, and he told me he had no way to help me. Then he disconnected the chat. So now I'm in dispute with AmEx over the charges. What is wrong with their mindset?
