I'm building a web site (not completely done yet) with Rocket City Hosting and every part of the process has been smooth so far. I registered my domain with them (one I already knew was available) and signed up for the $4.99 plan. By the time I got around to messing with the "installatron" scripts that come with their control panel, the site was already live on the internet. I was able to easily test (install, play with, and uninstall) several free scripts before settling on a blog (wordpress). Very easy, very cool! I love the installatron program!
So far, the site has never been down-- of course, it's only been 2 months. I'm tentatively and hopefully giving network quality & reliability/uptime high scores. There's been nothing negative to speak of so far. Pricing is average... but will look much better if this host can continue to deliver flawless performance in the long run.
I'm giving the support & sales team a 10 because I haven't had to use either so far (and that's a GOOD thing in my book). I did see they have some sort of support system running but hopefully I'll never use it.
