vrtservers is a fucking deceifer dodge. They only steal your money. The worse service of all the world, fool dedicated plans, and NO SUPPORT. I buyed a dedicated server there, in wich one, in the website shows as:
1GB RAM 160GB HD 5 IPs etc...
They gave me a server with 70GB HD, 1 IP, told me that if I use other IP than that one they will cancell my account; the internet slow and with virus... in 20 tryings to enter any website it enter and then disconects from it, always been redirected to a website that google points like a "malicious page". Either this way I tried to configure and use it and the OS crashed without explanation (Windows Server). I asked them for support, relating the problems and passed 6 days they didn't answered. After dozen of mails, I sent a mail telling them to cancell the account and give my money back, since I could not use it, once it was in several problems. Then, after some more hours they reply telling that I had to pay $10 to reformat the server. BUT WHY PAY TO FORMAT ONE THING THAT ALREADY COMES WITH PROBLEM? Then afer many more mails to them they said that it was their policy and that they should not refound my payment. And it is all. Conclusion: THEY STOLE MY MONEY. Don't, never, NEVER mean in getting a server there, or you will be a dumb like me! You can search around for more people reviews about that server, you will see that all will have the same opinion. This is the bad of getting an international server: There is nothing you can do to solve and get your money back. It is not advantage the tempting prices like their ones, since you will pay ang get nothing more than problems. In the end, you have NO SERVICE, NO SERVER, NO MONEY, NO TIME, AND A BIG HEADACHE!
