Affordable and professional. Support is available through 3 different routes (phone, email, live-chat) 24/7 and my concerns have all been kindly addressed no matter the time. If an answer isn't immediate, they've made sure to follow up. I initially only signed up because of the low price, but was surprised that, unlike the other "industry leaders", their support staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all... on hand. I only gave their sales team a 9 because I didn't really deal with them, but if they're anything like there support, then they've got class. Price is only a 9 because I'm a world class cheapskate and would complain if it was free ^_^
All in all, Ubiquity has provided the best service I've come across after dealing with several others in the top 10. I think it's only a matter of time until they overtake the "competition".
