I was with this company for 5 1/2 years. Not only did I have to deal with my server crashing regularly, sometimes as much as 5-7 times in one month. When they found out I was going with a more reliable server company, they DELETED, completely ERASED every single one of my clients, with no warning email. I lost tons of files, databases, email accounts, and online contacts for my clients, because they don't feel it's necessary to notify a client before finally cancelling an account. My billing info was current, they could have either billed me or notified me. They were just angry I was moving my server to another company, and that was their way I guess of trying to pay me back for a measely 5 years of business I gave them. These guys are a bunch of jokers. DON'T USE THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
