Their systems are indeed top of the line, I’ve yet to have any hardware related issues. With each new purchase and performance evaluation/benchmarking, I’m quite impressed with the configurations I end up with, mostly their standard offerings, maybe just with an upgrade or two, if any.
My latest purchase from SingleHop and benchmarking and evaluation of its capacities proved to outperform very much more expensive and even less reliable systems I deal with in my ‘real job,’ for a bank providing highly available web solutions for internal/external bank sites.
Andrew Brooks and Garrett Murphy are indeed awesome support for the SingleHop crew. They’ve both impressed me along with their peers and management. I can’t really say enough about their staff. They really provide service and support that gives you a warm and fuzzy for doing business with the right company.
I used to say businesses such as theirs were a dime a dozen, and put up with the common pains of dealing with the average providers, until I found this fine group of individuals. I’m really enjoying the fact that people such as yourself and many others have noticed this, and that they are booming so rapidly and successfully, always providing more reasons to stick around and keep giving them business when possible.
