Couldn't find too many reviews of Netwise a few months back when I ordered my first dedicated server with them so thought I would make the effort to get a couple out there!
As the title mentions, I now have four dedicated servers with them (actually considering a backup solution as well, price depending) and overall have found them to be very very good.
As with most companies, we have had one or two minor problems along the way but these have been mostly due to errors at my end! To give you an example, I recently edited the registry on one of my Windows servers and consequently it wouldn't boot a few weeks later. No questions asked they re-imaged the server and even helped me explore the possibilities of going back to a Windows restoration point, although unfortunately I never enabled this function.
Anyway, price wise they are very competitive, and after 5 minutes refreshing the web on latest deals they still seem well up there.
But as always these things have got to have decent support to back them up. This is where I have found them to excel from other small-time hosts I have dealt with. As well as having a personal account manager (saves going through different people everytime) I have 24x7 out of hours support which amazingly I think is standard with them. The one time I needed them they were there, I logged a support ticket over the phone and 10 minutes later I received a call back from an engineer who was very knowledgeable and went on to solve the problem with me.
I must keep this brief! Cutting a long story short, they are definetly one of the better ones and I would recommend them in a heart beat. Fingers cross that this continues!
