Allreseller do not honour their 30-day money back guarantee, are deceitful and lie to customers. There IP/s have been blacklisted. And they go around web hosting review sites using the full names of previous and disgruntled clients to post 10 out of 10 reviews about themselves. I have reported them to the relevant authorities and am awaiting to hear whether I can ever get my money back!
