After having co-located our equipment with companies such as CalPOP (a headache) and E/O Networks (a joke at best) I was slightly hesitant to colo with another small company. However, after meeting with Chad of CIS, and checking out their facility we decided to give it a whirl.
I can honestly say I have never been more satisfied with every aspect of my business relationship with Convergent. Their prices are reasonable, their support is un-matched, and the service is just as reliable as the rise and set of the sun over Arizona.
After purchasing co-location with them, we also moved some family members over to use them as their DSL provider through Qwest - and boy what a difference that was. The DSL service went from manageable to enjoyable in 5 short days.
