I'm not altogether unhappy with Carpathia, their price is right, their infrastructure seems thus far solid, but they seem very disorganized. I am in my 10th day of trying to resolve a billing issue, actually not just resolve, but just wanting to start a conversation. I've left numerous voice mails, and have have resorted to calling my sales person... he is on day 6 of this issue, that is... it's been 6 days since he promised to call and discuss the bill. I've yet to see my backups work correctly since starting to use their environment 20 days ago... the ticket still says "working" that's all the explanation I can get... working. I feel like I'm dealing with the Federal Government every time I call. Average time thus far for a re-boot was 8 hours... good think I am not in production with these servers yet! Their ticket system is awful, and almost purposely confusing. I'm not unhappy yet, but not too far from it.
