I was referred to P4Host when I was looking to move my site off of the guy who was hosting me at the time. When I first bought my domain and web space, P4Host was always there and completely responsive.
My, how things have changed. That was then, This is P4Host now:
-My site was hacked a year ago, P4Host was completely UNRESPONSIVE to my multiple requests for access logs from them (which I never got).
-Failed to produce a backup of my site as every directory was damaged.
-Took 7 months for them to cancel the auto-renew feature.
-'Kevin' is nowhere to be seen - Phone number is a non-functional number, help desk is NEVER online.
-Looked at the server status last night and found that it said: No Servers Currently Being Monitored - oh that's great!
-No FAQ's or any kind of help available in the cpanel area.
I cannot WAIT to ditch this crappy host!
