I've been with PI since April 2006 and have been happy with their service. I only have a single machine racked in their common area which runs web, mail, and Usenet as its major traffic functions. For a while, I also had native IPv6 on an experimental basis for 18 months (but now rely on tunneled 6in4 service). The times I have had to come in and tend to the box in person, they have always accomodated.
