We currently do not offer any panels at the moment but you are more than welcome to bring in your own.
Typical VPS deploy time is less than 24 hours. Unix and Windows deployment may take longer.
Standard issued Linux VPS comes with HyperVM control panel. "PvGrub"-ed Linux VPS do not come with HyperVM. For Unix and Windows, if you need VNC (in case where you can't reach your VPS) we can work it out for you too.
We can migrate your Linux VPS between HyperVM and PvGrub without losing data. (Using EDH's OSTemplate.)
We do not allow IRC or proxy. We do not offer partial or full refund.
For Linux VPS, we can offer FREE two offsite location backups. There are few requirements, just submit a ticket for more info! (See here why we don't offer as standard.) (We are also testing out backups for Unix and Windows at the moment.)

Our R&D team are working on paravirtualize BSDs and partially accelerate Windows VPS. Due to BSDs infancy state in Xen right now, we can only offer stable HVM-ed BSD VPS.
Q. You plan on offering NetBSD VPS?
A. Yes. Eventually when proven stable for use.
Q. I don't see Lxlabs OStemplates on your list, do you offer it?
A. Yes, we have it. By default, we use our own OStemplate (for PvGurb conversion purposes). Feel free to reload with Lxlabs OStemplate after your HyperVM account is issued.
However, whenever you want to utilize PvGrub we cannot guarantee complete data integrity after conversion.
Q. Do you offer discount on quarterly, semiannual, yearly subscription?
A. No, we currently do not offer any discounts. Sorry
