Ken Gavranovic announced today the commencement of a new real estate operation created to leverage the Internet to provide home buyers and sellers with a results-driven program. The SimplySold(TM) system will save the typical customer as much as 5 percent off their real estate commissions, and complete the transaction up to 95 percent faster than the average brokerage company.

How it works

Through the SimplySold Situation Analysis(TM) system, agents are able to determine the right price and commission program for each client, and calculate the projected number of months each house will be on the market given its particular characteristics, the demographics of the neighborhood and other demand variables. The system can also calculate the difference in time a house might be on the market by adjusting the target price and/or offering specific incentives. Ken Gavranovic is well-experienced in standardizing businesses to make them mass-marketable.
