VISI Purchases Internet Service Provider Infinity AccessNET
Business-Focused ISP Adds $1 Million In Annual Revenue
MINNEAPOLIS, March 18 -- VISI, Minnesota's largest managed hosting and connectivity provider, announced today that it has acquired privately-owned Infinity AccessNET, a business-focused Internet Service Provider. The transaction will keep ownership in local hands with VISI taking on the employees and customers of Infinity AccessNET.

Infinity AccessNET's customer base of over 1,000 includes firms from small local businesses to Minnesota-based Fortune 500 corporations. This will add to the 10,000 businesses and residential customers that VISI already services.

Most employees of Infinity AccessNET will be moving into the new 50,000 square foot Eden Prairie facility that VISI purchased last month. Other employees will still be located at VISI's SAS 70 Type II data center located at 180 East 5th Street in downtown St. Paul.
