Blue Mango Learning Systems will be demonstrating how to create effective product support sites in a single afternoon with new ScreenSteps 2.5 desktop software and ScreenSteps Live hosted service. The ScreenSteps integrated system allows users to organize and distribute visual step-by-step guides that can answer any technical question.

Cazoodle will announce the nation-wide launch of their Apartment Search Website, the first ever one-stop vertical search for apartments for rent. Cazoodle integrates apartments from all over the Web using semantic Web search technology developed at the University of Illinois. Cazoodle will also unveil its second product - Shopping Search, for online electronics shopping.
