Dell to Distribute Panda Security Solutions in Latin America

Home-user and SMB Clients in Mexico, Central America, Colombia and Caribbean to Benefit from Panda Security's Product Portfolio

GLENDALE, Calif., March 26 -- Panda Security, a leading global provider of IT security solutions, and Dell, a leading global systems and services company, today announced that the companies have entered into an agreement through which Dell will distribute Panda Security solutions to clients in Latin America. The agreement covers Mexico, Central America, Colombia and the Caribbean and offers Panda Security's consumer and business security solutions to Dell's home-user and business clients, respectively.

Panda Antivirus Pro 2009, Panda Internet Security 2009 and Panda Global Protection 2009 will be available from Dell's distribution centers across Latin America. Dell will also distribute Panda Managed Office Protection, Panda Security's hosted anti-malware service for small and medium businesses and value added resellers (VARs) serving the SMB market.

Dell will distribute Panda Security solutions through several channels, including Electronic Software Distribution (ESD), physical boxes, licensing and ESD licensing.
