single line small business SIP telephone, the GXP285.
The newest member of Grandstream’s award-winning GXP family of business
SIP telephones, the GXP285 helps small business users enjoy the high
quality audio and rich features of Voice-over-IP technology as well as
the cost benefits and enhanced productivity it brings.

The GXP285 is a single line SIP telephone with dual 10/100M Ethernet
ports and integrated Power-over-Ethernet 802.3af PoE, 128x32 graphical
LCD with support for multiple languages, full duplex speakerphone with
acoustic echo cancellation, up to 2 line appearances allowing 2
simultaneous calls, 3 XML programmable soft keys, and headset jack. It
has broad interoperability with most of the leading IP PBX, Softswitch
platforms and 3rd party SIP devices on the market and can be
easily auto provisioned for mass deployment. The GXP285 delivers
superior audio quality with its HD handset and speakerphone, supports a
number of advanced telephony features including hold, mute, transfer,
forward, 3-way conference, XML customization of LCD screen, off-hook
auto dial, auto answer, click-to-dial, downloadable ringtones, server
redundancy and fail-over support, as well as security protection SRTP
and AES encryption of configuration file.

The GXP285 will be commercially available through Grandstream’s
