Interland Launches New Shared-Hosting Platform

Interland (Nasdaq: INLD), a leading provider of Web hosting and online services for small and medium-sized businesses, today launched its new Web site ( http://www.interland.com) and with it a new, shared-hosting platform offering new industry standards in security, performance and value. Interland is also leveraging new, easy online tools to get customer accounts up and running quicker. In addition, new Interland shared-hosting customers now have access to a suite of online marketing options to help them drive leads and increase sales, and greater access to complete site building tools.

Fueled by customer input, Interland's new, shared-hosting platform is based on simplified, customizable plans starting at $7.95 a month when customers agree to 24 months of hosting. Interland's shared-hosting platform is powered by the latest technology, including Microsoft .NET 1.1, Red Hat Enterprise Linux v. 3 and Miva Merchant v. 4.22.

The hosting plans are available through the new Interland Web site, which now includes express checkout and Interland's new Welcome Center - Account Setup Wizard v. 1.0. Both additions make it easier and faster to purchase, set-up and administer new accounts.

In addition, customers have the option of purchasing the following value-priced add-on features with every Interland shared-hosting plan:
