These guys have a service monitored that if anything goes down they fix it.
One night I was not around and one of our web went down and they took care of it.
I can not be more than happy I run a reseller service on their VPS and everything looks good.
Their node has been up for more than 3-4 months without reboot!
My VPS did go down a few times at the beginning but I was using too much resources that caused instability.

They have excellent up-times. I have my sites monitored by Internet Seer and in 1 years time they have been down only twice. Since inception they have only been down 5 times. That is an amazing record. Two of these times were due to hardware failures, not network failures.
Their support staff is always exceptional and helpful and is actually here in the USA.

However, there have been several seemingly random outages with no for-warning, and generally no explanation after the fact.
They appear to be in the middle of one right now. It started some time between 8:30 PM and 9:00 PM, and it's 9:00 PM now with no update, no answer to hot-line.

MediumCube reviewed by Zaher Al-Sibai I have co-located my servers with MediumCube three years ago, and since that time I sit back with comfort knowing that my servers are up 24/7 without network problems.
Their support is great, I know they are there to help when I need them, and they have responded fast when I got a problem.
Their network is fast and reliable, I can get all the bandwidth I need when I have a load on the servers.

I had a rough start because my programmer wasnt available in the first week but they did an amazing job in the end. It has been a month and a half now and my poker site is complete. Most companies quoted me $15k to do it, Imagination did it for only $5k and I can't believe they finished everything in a month and a half! They have helped us with network configuration of our colocation servers, network is up all the time and the data center staff responds very fast if something needs to be done.
We also take a lof of their managed service such as firewall, mail server etc.
