There servers are Always Up, response time on customer service is fast, and they also use Green datacenter practices with very energy efficient servers and heat recycling. That's important to me. | I've been customer with GalaxyVisions not too long and I was really impressed with their service. Real person in U.S phone support, easy Cpanel to use, simple click button to set up. I set up my entire blog not even 5 minutes compare to other companies which took me at least 30 min and then wait for pending approval too. I have never had one issue with hosting at GalaxyVisions. | We've been with them for about 8 months and are really happy with the service. Netelligent is a company that really seems to care. Their support is excellent (although we've only had to use it once, but they were there at 3am when we needed them), they have very good prices and one of the owners of the company even pitched in to help set us up on our first day (because we needed to be up and running quickly). | Their systems are indeed top of the line, I’ve yet to have any hardware related issues. With each new purchase and performance evaluation/benchmarking, I’m quite impressed with the configurations I end up with, mostly their standard offerings, maybe just with an upgrade or two, if any.
