| I was referred to P4Host when I was looking to move my site off of the guy who was hosting me at the time. When I first bought my domain and web space, P4Host was always there and completely responsive. My, how things have changed. That was then, This is P4Host now: -My site was hacked a year ago, P4Host was completely UNRESPONSIVE to my multiple requests for access logs from them (which I never got). -Failed to produce a backup of my site as every directory was damaged. -Took 7 months for them to cancel the auto-renew feature. -'Kevin' is nowhere to be seen -... | Bizhostnet is the WORST hosting company I have ever dealt with. Any phone number you call for them goes to a voicemail box from any extension. They don't respond to the online tickets with any of the requested information. Imagine calling them with a specific question with specific information needed and they respond with the equivalent of "I can count to Potato!". 3 times I put in the same ticket asking for SPECIFIC Domain Addresses for the MX record, and 3 times they didn't give me what I needed and just rephrased the way they gave me the same info. | I'm not altogether unhappy with Carpathia, their price is right, their infrastructure seems thus far solid, but they seem very disorganized. I am in my 10th day of trying to resolve a billing issue, actually not just resolve, but just wanting to start a conversation. I've left numerous voice mails, and have have resorted to calling my sales person... he is on day 6 of this issue, that is... it's been 6 days since he promised to call and discuss the bill. I've yet to see my backups work correctly since starting to use their environment 20 days ago... the ticket still says... Wednesday July 14, 2010 09:25:23 | Final Grade: 5/10 | |

| Everything started off great with crucial p. Attractive pricing, great packages, and good support. I first moved my personal hosting over to their reseller package, and then later a corporate website as well. First, trouble began when my corporate website got hacked. After we fixed this problem, it got hacked again. I then asked them to have a look at their fire wall and they shut the website off. They were unwilling to look at back-ups, or do anything to help get the website back up and running. Dealing with them through e-mail support was a tedious process. My corporate... | I did my homework before choosing a Hosting provider... I ended up going with Voonami because they were very knowledgeable and they were referred to me by one of our partners. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dedicated server... Great Server Great People and Support Great Bandwidth and Network And you can't beat the price! | After having co-located our equipment with companies such as CalPOP (a headache) and E/O Networks (a joke at best) I was slightly hesitant to colo with another small company. However, after meeting with Chad of CIS, and checking out their facility we decided to give it a whirl. I can honestly say I have never been more satisfied with every aspect of my business relationship with Convergent. Their prices are reasonable, their support is un-matched, and the service is just as reliable as the rise and set of the sun over Arizona. After purchasing co-location with them, we also moved some... Friday April 30, 2010 21:01:23 | Final Grade: 10/10 | |
| I started hosting with www.levelhosting.ca back in June of 2009 and things have been great from the get go. This is my first time having a website and LevelHosting has been excellent in supporting my needs. As a professional tiler web hosting is not my thing. Too date LevelHosting has gone out of their way to help with questions that are not even related to the actual hosting service we have with them. So far the hosting has been great with excellent uptime, friendly and knowledgeable support and I have already referred a few friends to LevelHosting. | With all of the web hosting providers out there you have to differentiate them based on Quality of Service. Scratch Telecom has consistently offered fantastic hosting services for me and my business for more than 6 years. I've used their colocation services as well as shared hosting services. In using both of these services, Scratch Telecom has always been proactive in protecting my server as well as being quick enough to react to keep me running, even when confronting everything from blizzards, power outages, construction and expansion. | Allreseller do not honour their 30-day money back guarantee, are deceitful and lie to customers. There IP/s have been blacklisted. And they go around web hosting review sites using the full names of previous and disgruntled clients to post 10 out of 10 reviews about themselves. I have reported them to the relevant authorities and am awaiting to hear whether I can ever get my money back! Wednesday January 27, 2010 06:32:36 | Final Grade: 2/10 | |
