| I was reading reviews on various registrars and saw my current one. (luckyregister.com). Samantha wrote a review (which I believe worthless at best) and I felt obliged to write something. If you have cancelled your service in couple of days, then, you did not test them long enough to make proper judgment. If you did not have enough experience with them, how could you grade? | I have 2 accounts with Dotnetpark. One of them for 2.5 years. It is a pleasure to deal with this host. Very friendly and helpful support team. Fast servers. And reasonable price. I cancelled 1 account at GoDaddy and moved the site to Dotnetpark. Later I cancelled another one with Discountasp amd also moved to Dotnetpark. At first look at homepageuniverse's website you see what looks like a fine, professional company, offering unmetered bandwidth at a super low price. Everything seems to be in order... untill you sign up. Once logged in, their website becomes slower than dial-up, and yet, still faster than their service tech's responses to their support tickets. Their system is full of bugs. Expect to be opening a ticket for whatever problem at least once a month. Thier servers are unreliable at best, causing... | I've been using this host for about 3 years. The price is good, though they recently decreased the amount of subdomains you can host to only two for my level. Service has been reasonable, but their main problem is EVERY time there's an issue with the hosting, it's been caused from a change they made, then they ALWAYS claim it wasn't their fault. They fix it fast after I send in a ticket, but I get tired of them never admitting it was due to something they monkeyed with and neglected to notify me beforehand. | I was with this company for 5 1/2 years. Not only did I have to deal with my server crashing regularly, sometimes as much as 5-7 times in one month. When they found out I was going with a more reliable server company, they DELETED, completely ERASED every single one of my clients, with no warning email. I lost tons of files, databases, email accounts, and online contacts for my clients, because they don't feel it's necessary to notify a client before finally cancelling an account.
